Our initial session will be dedicated to evaluating your current state of health and to defining your Body & Spirit wellness goals for the next six months.
It is during this session that you decide whether you want to work with me.
Once you decide to get onto the adventure train with me, let’s get on to your health destination together!

Getting on a health journey can be overwhelming, especially if you are ambitious! I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers and define a step-by-step stragegy to make your progress long-lasting.


Integrative
You are a whole: Achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, it requires integrating what affects your daily spiritual and social, family life.
I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, meditation, aromatherapy, and more.
We can also integrate new cooking methods that adapt to your time table and family life while remaining compatible with your health goals.
Adaptive & Long Lasting
Do you need more time to progress? I adapt to your rhythm, your lifestyle, your constraints. The goals you set will be adapting to your constraints, all progress will be accounted for.
